Being on a “likely doping list” can be narrowed down, in my opinion, to two main reasons:
1. You are a drug cheat, but you are not being convicted due to extreme demands for 100% proof.
2. There are legitimate reasons for the fluctuations in your blood pass, so you are not convicted because you are innocent.
I don’t know what you (in earnest) choose to believe (because the facts are limited). But I link you to “The Norwegian Federation of Athletics’” press release of the matter. My translation of the important 2 last sentences (by the head physician MD Talsnes):
“If this information is right it will make Henrik Ingebrigtsen one of the most tested runners in the world, head physician of The Norwegian Federation of Athletics says. -From a medical point of view the actual fluctuations aligns with his recorded altitude training, and is only a proof of him responding well to this training regime, Talsnes says.”
