Yeah but remember that's for the pacers. So even if you have Sowinski at 2.18.0, McSweyn at 2.18.2 or so, then Jakob is always kind of half a second down on that. And again, even if McSweyn can get to 1200 in 2.46.0 then Jakob is still a minimum of 2/10th's back.
I know that sounds "fastidiously micro" in analysis but I do think it matters when you are running this fast. The big one for me and I mentioned above, is how fast can he hit that final 300 off whatever that pace is at 1200.
I wrote this on another thread but I am still mind blown that El G set this WR going through 12 in 2.46.34 which we could conceivably see Jakob do tomorrow almost to the tenth. That he dropped 39.66 off that speed of running is yeah, well, not sure what to think really.
