God it's infuriating to read the media reporting on this, all of them studiously avoiding saying that Semenya isn't biologically female. Semenya has XY chromosomes, internal testes, normal male responses to testosterone, and zero specifically female body adaptations (e.g. womb, ovaries, large hips etc). Semenya is a male with a male DSD that stunts penis and prostate growth. Athletes don't run with their penis.
This is Semenya's DSD- spoiler: "the condition is rare, affects only genetic males,"
I don't blame you, the reporting on this has been so shameful that most of the public assume that Semenya is, if not female, then some sort of hermaphrodite, a condition so staggeringly rare in humans that it's baffling that it's even in the conversation. However, a male with undescended testes and a malformed penis is not a hermaphrodite, and most certainly isn't female.

That Wikipedia entry says:
5α-Reductase 2 deficiency (5αR2D) is an autosomal recessive condition caused by a mutation in SRD5A2, a gene encoding the enzyme 5α-reductase type 2(5αR2). The condition is rare, affects only genetic males, and has a broad spectrum.
Wikipedia is dead wrong in stating that 5-ARD2 "affects only genetic males."
The enzyme deficiency known as 5-ARD2, and the gene mutations that cause it, occur in females just as often as in males. It's just that in females, 5-ARD2 does not affect sex development or have any other physical effects that are as glaringly obvious as the anatomical differences the condition causes in males.
In males, 5-ARD2 interferes with the normal prenatal development of the penis and prostate, and impedes the development of male-typical hirsutism in and after purberty of adolescence. Apart from that, males with 5-ARD2 are healthy "typical" males, as their enzyme deficiency causes no other physical abnormalities or ongoing health problems. They go through male mini puberty of infancy and male puberty of adolescence like other males, and in the process they acquire the whole range of physical attributes that give males as a group a marked advantage over females in sports.
If it were accurate, the Wikipedia entry would say something alongs the lines of:
5-ARD2 causes a difference/disorder of sex development or DSD only in males.
Instead of referring to Semenya's condition as just plain 5-ARD2 and calling it a DSD, it would be more accurate to call Semenya's condition XY 5-ARD2 and to specify that it's a difference/disorder of male sex development or DMSD.
At any rate, I agree that the MSM reporting about Semeny and other DMSD athletes in women's sports is shameful. They are not "female athletes with naturally high testosterone" they way they are framed. They are male athletes with male levels of testosterone because they have functioning male gonads.

Wikipedia doesn’t care to fight back to say you are not saying anything different but just saying it loudly and disagreeingly seemingly out of Y-phobia.
Mboma could break the 400 WR no problem and push it out of reach of McLaughlin if it's not already out of reach.
That would be amazing. The WR has been standing since 1985. It’s time for it to fall. Seeing women run 48s/49s is simply not very entertaining compared to seeing them run 47s (or faster?)
You would actually want to see a biological man break a women's world record? Are you nuts?
I am not saying that she wouldn't be faster now. I was just contradicting the assumption that she would still be able to run as fast or faster for another 10 years, regardless of her gender (or I guess I should say sex).

I am not involved in the regulations
However, I rather see fast runners instead of slow runners
I pretty much watched all Caster’s race when she was running. Now I rarely watch the women 800m. Only when Mu runs it. Watching a 1:59 800m is as exciting as watching grass grow. I used to run 1:59 in reps.

It says the condition only affects genetic males. In females 5-ARD is not a condition because as you said it doesn't not affect sex development in females.
