When you accuse someone of something you need enough evidence.. otherwise you're getting your a$$ sued. Magness met with the proper channels and mounted a case, which is the right move. If you really want to catch somebody that well protected you prepare.

This doesn't surprise me in the least bit. Colleen used to sh*t all over her teammates at FSU and was universally disliked; despite being an incredible talent. I watched a lot of it firsthand. Just really not a nice person. Not much seems to have changed as she's gotten older, other than growing more bitter and imparting herself into conversations for attention.

That 4:01.52 in 2019 was a 7.22 second PR.
