This Kincaid person seems to have a bit of an attitude throughout this interview. Specifically at 5:30 of interview below, speaking arrogantly regarding the Klecker individual.

Agree with the general sentiment. Especially the part about it being a fine comment. It was fine. Jakob wouldn’t say it though. He wouldn’t give another competitor that much breath. If someone asked him about a “rivalry” with Wightman, Cheruyoit, or whomever else he would say something like “I just need to push ad hard as I can and not make mistakes and no one is fit enough to touch me”.
In other words, he wouldn’t take the troll bait. He’s too big of a boss to mention other runners by name or to even acknowledge that specific individuals are on his radar. We here at LRC ride his dick for a reason. Dude’s a legend.
Woody Kincaid DNF'd the 10,000m at last year's USATF Championships, which Joe Klecker won. Kincaid is just as undefeated against Klecker as he was before tonight's 5,000m.
He has never topped 10 at the international stage. And he's only ever in good fitness for like 6-7 months at a time and then gets injured or just doesn't maintain consistency. Granted, I am aware it is never easy for any distance runner to be their best always but, this guy does good time trials and then gets dropped in an actual competition. Plus, he lost to klecker tonight in the 5000 so...It is a mediocre rivalry.
If that's your gut feeling, you probably have diarrhea in addition to poor intuition. Kincaid is a douchebag as well as a roper. Roping for a few years at least now. Lots of cowboys throwing lassos over at BTC with him, too. Got a whole ass ranch over there.
