    I mean it seems that way? How are Cranny, Karissa, Courtney -- who all seemed untouchable pre Shelby's bust --- so flat and out of form?

    Courtney had recent surgery.. Cranny has been dealing with some health issues (plus a break up) and Karissa had surgery - just glancing at their social media its easy to find the injury history even if BTC doesn't put out press releases.

    Right. One runs into lots of issues when training too hard without all these ummm, little tricks.
