You also never saw his 5K and 10K WR's. I saw both of them. For all of the last 3-4 laps, especially in that 5,000, he was in AGONY. Each time around his face was more and more in pain, grimacing the whole way. They can recover much faster, but while they are doing it, it hurts. It's the same for a lot of top athletes in shape
