that was an amazing race 5 guys at the bell and 3 kicking down with 200 to go. 55 close from Birnbaum and Burns to run 8:34! Looks like they both could've broken 8:30 if the race was paced for it. The NON mile is gonna be incredible, hopefully Burns feels as good then as he did today and he gets under 4.
