To be fair she wasn't on her own, she just changed pacer every 5 seconds and ran half the race in lane 2!

Yes, spectacular run by Adame. Unfortunately, she took all the camera time away from Weni who ran a great race, new PR for second place.

There’s a thing that runners say when they see a performance like that, at an event unlikely to be circled for random testing. but in this case I’d imagine there will be testing, as it was British 10k champs. that was textbook East African mystery debut. under the radar to debut, big lag before they end up on the whereabouts testing list, crush a major championship, profit.

Incredible form. Case study in elastic recoil. She lapped Battocletti (3rd); could not tell if she got Kelati (2nd) at the end, it was so crowded with other runners being lapped a second time.

Yeah don't think he's on the start unfortunately. Probably racing Gold Gala Fernanda Ribeiro in Portugal instead (also tonight where he was on the start list)
