Great run for Sahlman. He looked super strong at the end. Nice run from Strangio. Still remember his dominant 3200 victory at the Dublin Distance Fiesta, beating Liam Anderson.

It's 200m barefoot, every guy he competes with in the 10k ran barefoot their whole childhood. Not a big deal
