Well as you know the standard was a preponderance of evidence, meaning the panel thought it was more likely than not that the alleged behavior occurred. That is about all we know. Kara apparently didn’t think she could prove anything in a criminal court years ago.

Yeah, I didn't follow the thread properly but also you're rewording the post improperly now.
"Nike and Salazar may soon have to face Kara in Criminal Court" is not the same as "she's taking Nike and Alberto to court." But I get your point is that this is hard to prove. All my benefit of the doubt is with Kara though. We're talking about a guy who's rubbing testosterone on his son and giving athletes L-Carnitine infusions and telling them not to worry about it. I think hus gray line got overly obscured years ago.

Did it ever cross your empty head that maybe Alberto deserves the benefit of the doubt when even the alleged victim is questioning whether Alberto did anything wrong and that it ostensibly took her years of processing to ascertain whether there had been a transgression? Intelligence matters here. I have no dog in this fight but the truth matters and it seems almost impossible to excavate now. I believe Alberto probably had roaming hands and maybe Kara acquiesced even if not overtly encouraging it. Of course I don’t know.

It's something she gave consideration to the first time, not the SECOND time. And there are witnesses to him trying to kiss her on a plane. There are witnesses to him sizing up her pre and post-pregnant body in an inappropriate way. Why is Alberto so quiet? He puts out a statement that the assault during the massage is false. But there was nothing after Safe Sport banned him.
You say you have no dog in this fight but why are you so willing to believe Kara encouraged him? No one involved has ever put that out there. Not Alberto, not Nike, not an anonymous source in any report, not an anonymous teammate. You're just making that up. Can you not even see that?
