This is the point of the question (assuming it isn't a troll post). If you have a girl who is running 16:40 in cross and 5:00 in the 1600 in a small league, she would benefit from racing in boys races. The OP just wants to know if that is allowed. This isn't a "Hasay could have made boys varsity at my school" debate or "depends on the pronouns" thread.
Honestly, if you are girl who runs 10:30 for the two mile in an league where the second best girl runs 12 flat, you should be allowed to run with the boys at dual meets (but not at districts), in my opinion. Why not?
