It's still happening. Saw a story on Instagram about it. Should be an official announcement fairly soon. October is the month I believe. Combo of Mckirdy/Bakline.

Since college I have only done about 60 miles per week and these are my PRS relevent to the marathon

I have decided to go back to the basics and run a ton of miles and try to qualify for the trials. meaning 120 Miles per week or more.
What do you think I can run? Will the increased mileage give me the strength to do it? I think I have the speed I just need the strength and a good weather day.
A very talented GB international and multiple GB national winner asked a coach who was a close friend of mine (and 13.45 5k runner himself) “what do I need to do to get to the next level?”. I should say at this point he was running 110 miles per week. The answer was simple “run more miles”. I believe when pressed the coach suggested upping to 130 - 140 mpw. You without doubt have the talent - higher mileage will get you there. Easier said than done, of course. Good luck with your dreams and goal setting.
Stay away from Ultras. Do your mileage and go for it in the marathon (or maybe a half marathon time to get you into the trials).
