He has a sub 4:40 and did some 800s in 2:30 ish, I think he'll be fine.
One workout can't tell much it's the consistent body of workouts and races

don't listen to anyone saying sub 10. It's almost impossible to correlate 200's in a workout to a 3200. I can run 26-27 for 4-6 200's after doing (5-8) K's at steeple pace alternating over hurdles, but that doesn't mean I can run the pace I'm running the K's at for a 3k steeple. I would honestly give you 10:15-10:25. Not trying to dog on you, but I think it would be foolish to try to run a pace that in a workout, (yes, you did average it, but) had 16 seconds of difference between your fastest and slowest, and only did 1 rep faster than sub 10 pace.
Well your not wrong, as of now my pr is between 10:15-10:25. But I’m hoping the next time I race it, I would be low 10s or under 10

Don’t listen to this guy. Sub-10 should obviously be your goal. Between the workout and your sub-4:40 mile, you obviously shouldn’t feel in over your head going out in an even paced 5:00. Maybe you slip in laps 6-7 and run 10:0x, or maybe you go through 6 in 7:30 feeling strong and run low 9:50s, but it’s absolutely a reasonable goal.
