I guess guys who watch men's sports watch them because they like male bodies.

More people watch and cheer on hobby joggers than watch track meets. The NYC marathon has hundreds of thousands of spectators while a grand prix meet at Icahn stadium is half empty.
By the way I'm a HS coach but I guess you don't watch HS track.
If a WNBA All-Star team played the worst team in the history of the NBA 100 times, the worst team in the history of the NBA would take the series 100-0.
If it was a boxing match instead of a basketball game, no state athletic commission in America would even sanction it, to prevent the WNBA All-Star team from being killed in the ring.
The Rockets should look to move on from KPJ as fast as possible. Defensive sieve, locker room problem, not a true point guard.
Jabari Smith will NOT be a star. Nor will Jalen Green.
The Rockets have completely fumbled their rebuild and should be trying to build around Sengun and whoever they draft this season.
I like your take on the Rockets but they pretty much helped saved KPJ by taking him, I doubt they'll get rid of him. Smith will have a decent career and Green is exciting. Do they keep those two as pieces around Sengun and this year's lottery pick or trade them for a solid 2nd or 3rd option?
I am saying if you put together a team of the very elite WNBA players and allowed them 6 months to practice together, could they beat the Houston Rockets who kind of stink?
I wish you registered so i can block your stupid posts

They might be running around but they’re not athletes. Your bullsh*t belongs in one of the transgender threads.
Either the OP was trolling and you're right or the OP really doesn't know.
The people who don't know tend to fall into the category I described whether it sends you into a teary eyed rage or not.
The OP wanted to start another stupid thread ranting about how inferior female athletes are and hopefully concluding that women are not worthy of having their own divisions.
Rockets are on fire. They beat the Celtics, Lakers and Pelicans. They are also the only NBA team to currently be starting three Juniors. Kevin Porter, Jr., Kenyon Martin, Jr. and Jabari Smith, Jr. (feeling very old having watched Kenyon Martin's dad play college ball at UC).
Rockets burned through a lot of cash trying to get a title with CP3 and Harden. Pandemic hit the owner's pocket book pretty hard (Fertitta owns hotels, restaurants and casinos). So, the Rockets are on a 5 year plan. Team has been stripped of high dollar veteran players and is trying to find the players who will be the next Giannis or Embiid. It takes about 4-5 years to get a top draft pick to become a dominant NBA player. Kevin Porter, Jr. has improved a lot this year. Jabari Smith is definitely going to be a star in a few years. Jalen Green is also a hot prospect. Another solid draft in 2023 and the Rockets will have the foundation to start building a contender while having enough cash on hand to be able to scoop up a superstar or two in free agency.
The Rockets have a lot of young talent already. Kevin Porter, Jr., Jalen Green (scored in the 30s the other day, averaging 22/4/3.5 already, albeit on 41% fg), Tari Eason (about 18/12 per 40 minutes), Alperen Sengen (14.8/9/4 on 56% fg), Jabari Smith, Jr. (12.5/7 at age 19), Kenyon Martin, Jr. (12.6/5.6 on 56.5% fg), Jae'Sean Tate (9 on 48% fg in 21.8 min), all are very young and have a lot of promise. Now if they get Wembanyama in the draft, forget about it.

Not a quality question. All your post did was prove you know very little about basketball.
They certainly could not even play with the Houston Cougars NCAA team. 60 point spread. I would say BBall is the biggest disparity in women vs men sports. Hockey is right there. Boxing, wrestling. If women played pro football, then that would be #1. BBall is way more physical at the HS and above level than people think.
So what are women the closest at? Golf? Downhill skiing? Long distance running?
Shooting and archery I would say would be the closest.
Men are bigger so DH skiing would be them as well (although with crashes a woman could win).
No way. A decent playground pickup team of boys could beat an all start WNBA team.
No, you are wrong. Story
I was at U of Georgia. We were playing on this outside basketball court. On the court were a few guys who were all region (think a district) in high school basketball. This girl comes by. She is about 5-11 and obviously athletic.
She asked if she could play (we had 9 so were playing 4v4) so we said sure.
After 3 trips down court, it was apparent she knew how to play. Guys kept switching off to guard her and she made each one look bad and these guys were often taller than her.
After 10 minutes maybe, we stopped when the ball rolled away. Finally some guy asked "who are you"? She said my friends call me T but my name is Teresa. Someone said "from Cairo (GA)". She smiled a bit and said yes. We all burst out laughing. It was Teresa Edwards who is one of the all time greats.
So no a group of guys from the playground are not going to beat WNBA all stars.

I got curious. Here are the current WRs for air pistol. Men and women shoot from 10m. The men's WR is all of 3 points better than the women's WR in qualification and the women's final record is better by all of 0.3 points.
The 10 meter air pistol is an Olympic shooting event governed by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF). It is similar to 10 meter air rifle in that it is shot with 4.5 mm (or .177) caliber air guns at a distance...

Depends which playground. We pretty much know the answer to this. An average to poor boy's high school team would have an even game w WNBA all stars. Good high school team wins pretty easily.
