Sorry my keyboard messed up.. I wouldn't recommend biking the first 6 weeks because sitting plus pushing the pedals can definitely irritate the area, and i would avoid prolonged walking (more than the necessary daily stuff, generally no need for crutches for this injury). But the pool/aquarunning is probably fine from the beginning. If it takes more than 4-5 months for a sacral stress fracture to heal (that's already a lot even for a grade 4 pelvic stress fractures if you take it easy), you definitely should have your bone health checked.
