Absolutely! If you know track you know that Alicia breaks 30 with some help (like a pack around her to help in the second half of the race). The fact that she grinded every step from the front in the second half w/ no help is very impressive. No dis on Elish, who has no obligation to lead, but Alicia deserves a lot of credit for Both of their times. Elish basically had a pacer for the entire race.

Henes basically used Rogers as her pacer too, just barely holding her off for third place

Eh, I'm not going to watch it back and time who was at the front for how long, but it looked to me like Rogers, O'Keefe, and Henes all traded the lead fairly evenly in their group once their Puma pacers dropped. Regardless, all three of them looked strong and had performances to be proud of (as did Eilish and Alicia, of course).

Yes Henes, Rogers and O'Keefe all did well, that 2aa great to see. Hopefully they can get the standard before summer.

Henes has more potential in 10k than 5k imho, idk if others agree with that.

I love OAC. They're everything that's right with the sport. They're just about running fast and aren't marketing themselves as influencers. They have a podcast that keeps it real and isn't trying to please anybody. On is athletes first. It's hard not to like this group unless you're a bitter person looking for drama.
