Do the first 2 at 2 mile pace, and if it feels too easy, increase pace a little on the last 2.
It seems like a dumb workout (too much rest to simulate a 2 mile, and too much volume to run at mile pace), but not every workout has to be at an exact pace. e.g. you can still run a 4:30 mile, if some of your workouts are run at 4:40 pace.
