She could be injured and also in the transfer portal. maybe she is realizing she doesn’t like the new coaching - that’s not a bad thing - lots of coaches do different things, her fit with the previous coach worked because her mileage was low ect .
OAC is not an option for her as she can’t run mileage, there is more to bringing athletes into a program - if the training doesn’t fit it doesn’t work for anyone involved .

Maybe they need to do some restructuring with physios (not necessarily the surgeon’s knife), but it will take some time, and they got to stay on top of it. They need to be patient with mileage intensity, until it gets worked out. Obviously, UF would probably like it fixed ASAP. But is she even on a full ride?
