I'm not a fan or anything of Spencer but I think a lot of you on these boards really need to look inward and figure out why you're all so bitter, petty, and angry. It's just disturbing at this point so I genuinely hope its a loud minority.

    Lots of the best teachers weren't particularly good at the topic they teach. My best track mentor never even broke a 5 min mile. Because he trained hard, tried a lot things, read a lot of the science, he had some great training advice. But most importantly as a mediocre runner he had an appreciation of how hard learning a new skill is. He went from a 9min mile to a 5min mile with a lot of bumps along the road. He was also a great explainer and motivator. Meanwhile I was also coached by a CA state champion who ran a mile in 4:10, and he was terrible. He had us doing lots of top speed, low rest, reps and short time trials and no distance runs. All his runners quit or were injured by their senior year. He had a lot of talent and no appreciation for why he did so well in high school, because he never struggled. Nice guy, who looked th part, but terrible coach.

    Teaching is more than subject matter talent or expertise. Some of it is literally just being good at teaching/coaching, which is a skill in its ownright.

    That is why Trump is so good. He skipped all the lower levels and went right to the top where you have a staff of people to cover for your incompetence...

    Reality is we have a system designed so that non experts run the show. We can debate the advantages and disadvantages of this type of system. But in the end it is the one we have. If you ever see a hearing on a subject you know something about you realize half the senators are idiots. And of the other half, most of them never talked....

    they don't pop a lot, but they're visible.

    That being said, the very first line said he's been asked to do this by viewers... sounds to me like you're jealous he's getting viewers while you have to troll LR anonymously to get any attention

    Why don't you take off his shirt and post a video of yourself so we can all critique you as well?
