1) Drew hunter is not having a daughter. Having watched my wife carry our child and then give birth, the idea that a guy is having a child annoys the hell out of me. His wife/ partner does 99% of the work.
2) Is he married? You can call me old fashioned but we should be encouraging people to get married. THe idea of "It's just a piece of a paper" isn't getting us anywhere as a society.
When every individual in society becomes obsessed with just their own happiness, with no societal normals or expectations, we end up being miserable as Ben Shapiro so aptly described just yesterday:
New data from the CDC shows record levels of depression and suicidal ideation among teenage girls – and it’s no mystery why; the CDC adds the covid vaccine t...
I had my kid at 21. Best decision for child raising ever. It's worse to have a kid at 40+ when you're working 16+ hours a day as a manager and miss your child's school events and sporting events. Plus, when I'm 39 my kid will be out of the house and I'll still be young and enjoying life with much more disposable income than a 25 year old while all those with "foresight" are having sleepless nights with screaming babies.
If you're working more hours at 45 than at 25 then you did something wrong in my opinion.
All irrelevant to the thread I suppose - congratulations to Hunter!
I’ve done both. Kids in my 20s and mid 40s. They both have great aspects. Why do you have to be such a you know what about your decision to have them young? I’m the opposite of you. I put in the long hours young so now I don’t have to kill myself. To each their own.

What are you gonna do in your 40s that’s so exciting? Prob just going for runs and stuff. You can do that while raising kids.
Having a kid at 21 you throw away your 20s and 30s that could be spent adventuring and getting laid and getting in killer shape.
