This is all a nothing really. All the major countries have spies and spy methods/gear ranging from internet to people on the ground to balloons to airplanes to satellites. No one should be shocked that other countries are spying on us, and no one should be shocked that we are spying on other countries. What is the U-2 plane for other than to spy on other countries?

Haven’t read or heard much re: the specifics about these incidents. Probably time to consult the authority on everything, the Holy Bible? What does the Bible say about extraterrestrial and UFOs? For decades, every time the US detonated a test nuclear warhead it sent a shockwave of RF activity deep into interstellar space. As the alien civilisations picked up these pings across the galaxy, they were able to pinpoint the locations. They determined the US was the most advanced and dangerous region of earth, and thus the biggest threat. They have sent some craft to gauge our defenses before they launch their full attack.
