There's younger women and then there's 19yo. He could comfortably date women in their thirties and be a grown up. Instead he's stuck in a cycle of hooking up with teenagers and breaking up at 25 when he either dumps them or they realise their relationship is weird.
There's no indication he's done anything illegal but there are countless examples of young women being starstruck and feeling like they "know" an older, more famous person because of their celebrity which leaves them vulnerable to manipulation.
Also when you're a teenager you're desperate to be treated like an adult, and that's exactly what some men are able to take advantage of. It's extremely flattering for a teenager to have an established adult interested in them, and that flattery works in a way it wouldn't on a 26 year old.

And to those of you saying "no man would ever choose a 48 year old over a 19 year old" I do feel sorry for you as you will likely never have real love or connection in your life. Some people actually want a reasonably attractive woman that gives them real love and companionship and faithfulness, not a transactional sort of relationship like this one where she gets money/status/fame and he gets sex with a young person.

I was thinking this. It's not just that he's met a 19yo that he likes, it's that he's repeatedly gone for the same type of girl of the same age but then ends up unsatisfied later on when they reach the grand ol' age of 25. It seems unhealthy, like he's stuck on repeat.
It must be difficult for someone who's most important achievement occured in their early 20s to be able to move on.

No. She's an adult. It's not really inappropriate in any legal way or even in a work setting way as he's not her boss (at least not that I know of). It's just gross.
