2K (5:26), 1,600 (4:21), 1,200 (3:12), 1,000 (2:37), 800 (2:01), 400 (57) w/ 2:30 rest between each. Solid workout at altitude, but as another poster mentioned doesn't indicate sub 13 at all
klecker NEVER said it indicated sub 13. For one, he is training for a marathon. Also, that workout is at altitude. At sea level those times become: 5:20 for the 2k, 4:16 1600m, 3:09 1200m, 2:34 100m, 1:59 800,
Bill Parcells once famously said your record is what it says it is. Klecker's times are the times he ran. No adjusting allowed.
