Right so 250+ busts and now 28 this year alone from one country is an equal lack of evidence as a handful of busts each year for most of the rest of the world combined?

I didn’t say that there isn’t a doping problem in Kenya. I pointed out the hypocrisy of YOU claiming grand conspiracies with little support.

So no doping in Ethiopia?
The evidence is that it's a neighbouring country with a very similar culture, the exact same financial incentives for athletes to dope, the same dodgy Spanish and Italian managers and coaches, and the same suspicious domination of distance running that began almost exactly the period EPO came on the scene.

So where are the positive tests? Let me guess, lack of drug busts is only evidence of clean sport in European countries?
If you have met many of the Kenyan runners, you would see why some are using PED's. In many cases it is a difference in a good comfortable life, or working labor in a field or warehouse for the rest of your life.

So you're trying to roll the Euros into the same category? Would think there would be some level or levels of a more clean sport if you have an anti doping infrastructure in place no?
Hate to break it to you guys. PEDs are a necessity when you get to the top levels of any sport, and track and field is no exception. They're all incredibly talented and hard working without the drugs but there's just no competing without them.
I wish I could prove you wrong, but I can't.
Been a TF fan for a long time and I just can’t agree. Fully aware of all the doping and drug use, but I just don’t see evidence that the sport is 100% dirty. It requires too many assumptions.
I have to say it’s encouraging that there are (so far) few posters here making knee jerk accusations of racism. Simply pointing out the obvious - that there a load of positive drug tests out of Kenya - should not be used as evidence of racism.

It's all part of the game, unfortunately.
Example: are we to assume that Erriyon Knighton has been using steroids since the age of..15 or 16? His physique, while athletic, looks like a young man still developing, not at all like he has 5x the normal amount of testosterone flowing through his veins. He is alien talented, and chose to run rather than play football or basketball, unusual for a young man of his talent.

You really think its unfathomable that a high schooler wont use PEDs?? Seriously? Kids in US middle schools start using cocaine aged 12-14. Do you also think everyone would use the same PED or that it affects everyone the same?

Yes, I think it would be very unusual for a world-class athlete to use testosterone at the age of 15. Steroids have very strange and unpredictable effects on developing bodies in the midst of puberty. I think it’s very unlikely that he could be a user of testosterone at 15 and still continue to excel while maintaining the body of a skinny adolescent. Secondly, I very much doubt that any 16-year-old could be organized enough to take steroids and avoid the testing authorities.

There is only one poster (shill) doing that, and he uses multiple anonymous accounts. If the Brojos were serious about 'cleaning up our sport', they would make doping threads registered users only.
