It is literally the verb we do most on this website. The past tense is "ran" but when you use "have" or "haven't" then you say "have run" or "haven't run." That is so easy.
You also know about Speak > Spoke > Have Spoken and Take > Took > Have Taken. Do you do those incorrectly as well?

U are a clueless idiot. You clearly have never had to deal with genuine GI issues. From 30 years of dealing with it, GI issues suck and are very unpredictable…and I don’t worry about a damn thing.
I get that it's hard to make a living at his ability level. He's incredibly talented and fit, but he's nowhere near the top tier of world class runners...or even US runners for that matter. But busting out massive workouts then falling flat on your face every race is not a sustainable way to stay relevant.

Actually that is over simplistic. There is no fundamental difference between a race and a run. Some people race more often, others very sparsely. The latter can change some of their runs to race level efforts and be totally fine ---- they would be just like the former with less medals, trophies, or prize money, or maybe they'll just be paying less registration fees and spend less on travel. It's only when you run at race level too frequently that it becomes detrimental.
So the fact that CJ's "busting out workouts" is not hampering his races too much, is probably because he's not racing enough, to the point that switching a run to a time trial will deplete him. Perhaps people should simply come to term with the fact that he'll have a little bit of fun every now and then.
