But Whales hasn't been to the WC since 1958 and will be relying on Bale, whose best days are well behind him. The US needs to have someone step up on offense and cannot just hope that Pulisic and Ferreira will carry the offense. I have a feeling it will be a very nervy draw of either 1-1 or 0-0.

The US game plan will be to just man mark the hell out of Bale and force someone else to beat you. I'm not sure if Wales has the attacking power to do this.
Just keep one of your players glued to his hip the entire game. If he gets the ball, you immediately send another player to help, creating a double team.
The US has no real good striker on their roster. That being said..their midfield, when fully healthy, is REALLY good.
