If someone commented about a male athlete putting on muscle, should the reasonable reaction be to get angry?
Answer the question first, If you're going to let an old stranger comment about your daughter's body in front of people.
I don’t have a daughter, but hypothetically, if my daughter is contending for an NCAA title and the comment is about muscle gain…yes, that’s 100% fine.
He has the freedom to ask and she has the freedom to be “disgusted.” Just like Al Sal never broke the law and it’s ridiculous that he was banned 4 years for telling people to lose weight.

well, alsal also allegedly stuck a finger(s) inside an unnamed runner once or twice. I believe that was the real death blow for him

He was banned for breaking the antidoping rules. That's not "telling people to lose weight".
If an old man comments about your daughter's body and asks her about it, you will just nod and be happy?

Male athletes get questioned about their body all the time. Zion Williamson putting on 50 pounds. James Harden looking fat. The round mound of rebound Charles Barkley. But we can't ask any question about a female's body?
Super weird reaction. I remember quite a few questions for LeBron when he started packing on muscle after his first couple years and even though he's normally a crybaby he sure didn't whine about that.
Tuohy seems like a spoiled kid. She doesn't congratulate her competitors. She tried to cancel Mack from Flotack. She disrespects reporters.
Gordon Mack cancelled himself. Nobody watches Flotrack now, their views has gone down.
I pretty much consume almost all running content. Only site/ channel I don't visit is the flotrack site but their podcast has good viewership and engagement with the audience. His takes are wild sometimes but I treat him more like a skip Bayless lol. Willing to make the show interesting by sticking with an outlandish take
