Who will join UVA next year. All the top dogs have signed. Oregon, Stanford, Wake Forest and NAU seem to have won the 2023 lottery.

It takes three years to build a collegiate program, which is 90% recruiting. He took over exactly three years ago. Not hard to recruit to a school like UVA. Man knows how to train too. It was only a matter of time until they were a contender.

It just shows how hard it is to be a top 10 school.

…and yet they have a tough time breaking in the top 10
Aidan Cox ran 4:19, 9:00, and 14:38 outdoor as a sophomore. Really Solid. Placed seventh at Runninglane junior year in 14:18. Barely has any times for outdoor last spring. Basically sat out the season. He could beat half the D1 runners out there as a sophomore in high school. Looks like a great pick up to me.
