What age or grade in school should Trick or Treating Santa and the Tooth Fairy be over with

I also mean the Easter Bunny and everything. Should a 6th grader Trick or Treat? Should a 6th grader think the Tooth Fairy is coming? What about Santa? My son is in the 5th grade and l told my ex wife l am telling him this year. He actually Googled the Tooth Fairy himself and asked me. I personally was told in 4th grade at 10. He is a straight A student and very smart, l think it is time.
