Believe it or not, there is not just liposuction but also lipoinjection. So it's medically possible (if not avisable) to redistribute your fat manually.

I can understand injecting fat into your butt or in your face.
But an even layer across your entire body? That would be very difficult to achieve. Performing surgery over the entire surface area of your body would probably be dangerous.
ive got the same body type, op. only way to not have a gut is 10% body fat. Seems once i get down to a size where im only 2 pounds from loosing that lower pouch, I can lose another 5 lbs, and it is all muscle instead of that 2 lbs of fat i need to get rid of.

Another thing you could try is one of those physical therapists that try to break up body tissue and move it around. Some of it is called the Graston technique, or something.
A girdle could squish it enough to gradually move it elsewhere.

Nanobot Fat Distribution Therapy (NFDT)
A dermatologist can inject nanobots into your belly fat and the tiny robots will take that fat and spread it evenly throughout your entire body.
Meanwhile I’m 5’ 8.5”, 150, and a 29” waist but often see other runners and wish my legs looked like theirs (slim, toned). All of my extra weight goes to my legs. Even nearly 50 lbs. heavier I still had a smaller waist than you, but with tree trunk legs.
I'm in that boat too, I have big quads. They measure 22 inches around. But I'm wondering if that's really big. Visually, they look big
The grass is greener on the other side. I used to be at 18.5 BMI for many years and conscious of my stick legs until I recently started weight training and love my 21”+ quads now and still envy others, both men and women, with bigger quads.
- I never drink alcohol, smoke, or use recreational drugs.
- Caffeine intake is 200 mg per day before noon.
- My protein intake is 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. Protein source: Eggs, grass-fed beef, greek yogurt, sardines, plain unflavored whey protein isolate.
- Resistance training moderate and walking every day.
- Sunlight during the day. Pitch black at night.
How are your sleeping habits? You should aim for 8+hours/night. Lack of sleep has been showned to promote unfavorable fat distribution as you describe.
I'm gaunt with jutting hips and ribs. But then I have this protruding belly.
I've seen a lot of people with what appears to be this thin even layer of fat covering their entire body. Somehow their body has an even layer of fat on their face, wrists, ribs, hips, legs, back....everything...but then their belly is not huge and protruding, it's just that same even layer of fat, you can sometimes almost even see abdominal muscles.
How do these people make their body do that?
I am working on putting on muscle mass by lifting weights to look less skeletal, but it would also help if I could redistribute an even layer of fat over my entire body. Any extra calories that I consume just makes my belly protrude further and it refuses to coat the rest of my body.
Pics? Seriously, have you considered that
1) your “protruding belly” in a relaxed state might not be as protruding as it looks to you to other people?
2) even on folks with visible abs, it almost always looks unflattering if they expand their belly deliberately?
3) you might have anterior pelvic tilt that makes your belly seem more protruded than normal, but it’s in good part because your lower back curves forward?
If the answers to the above are all No, and you have tried weight training with a modest caloric deficit so as to build muscle and simultaneously lose fat for at least a six month period, you might be genetically prone to storing android fat and a DXA scan can confirm it. It’s not unhealthy if your overall body fat is low. In my case, I’ve found it very difficult to recompose but easy to lose weight and somewhat harder to build muscle mass, but no matter what weight I am at, even at under 12% body fat, I don’t have visible abs except for a very faint outline if I flex really hard. It’s just genetics and it’s best if you can learn to like your body at its healthiest, not necessarily the most model-like aesthetically.
Body fat as measured by large machines at some grocery stores, eg. Albertsons, CUB, Kroger, H-E-B are fairly accurate. Do cross training. D-1 & N.F.L. cornerbacks have the lowest body fat. Use your body.
D-1 and NFL cornerbacks are genetic freaks
Sounds like this guy is too
In college, I took Advanced Physical Conditioning as a summer school course: Kathy Smith & Jane Fonda-types, almost D1 caliber athletes and D1 athletes. Cornerbacks work very hard to get & stay fit. Football team was top 10 in the nation when I was in school. Those guys had voluntary (mandatory) 5am or 10pm weight training all school year five days a week.

Is it fat or a bloated stomach? Perhaps try a good digestive enzyme; Klaire Labs Digestive Enzymes is excellent and see what happens.
OP you need to take responsibility. You need to take control rather than feeling sorry for yourself or looking for sympathy and avoiding responsibility. You talk (of course--let's see some action for once) as if you're bound to this reality for eternity. What are you really about? Do you really want to change this? It's in your control and not out of it.
Hit the damn gym. Get more defined arms, lose the belly fat by targeting that area too. Takes a little effort and consistency. Don't know if you can handle that. We'll see. It's your choice.
I don't want to make it seem like I am exaggerating my belly. It's not THAT bad, but it's annoying. Here are my stats:
5'11''
144 LB
BMI 20.1
Waist 35 inches
Not that bad, but it looks bad. To be gaunt with a belly.
144 lbs with a 35 inch waist at 5'11? You're skinny fat. You can either go on a cut, or bulk up some, then cut. Regardless, you'll need to lose the fat eventually. Unfortunately you can't "spot reduce".
