Why would LRC basement dwellers give this post down votes, don't they like down to earth people? What's going through their minds.
To elaborate a bit further. We were talking about training groups, mindset vs technical training and talent and racing ability ...and he mentioned that he trained with some 'casual' runners as well, rather than just elites due to reason I mentioned above.
