You of all people deserve no source since you post drivel from random_website.freedom.ru and random Twitter bots, but regardless, the rate of increase has been steady in younger people since 2000. Here is an example source, but there are many more reputable sources out there: "Here’s another troubling fact to
highlight the problem: Having a heart attack in your 20s or early 30s is
more common. Between the years 2000-2016, the heart attack rate
increased by 2% every year in this young age group."
You make a claim that there is no increase in heart attacks among the young and when asked for a source for you claim, instead of providing one, say I do not deserve one?
And then post an article that does not address the question (and in fact contradicts your claim).
Simple question.
Does anyone have any data on the incidence of heart attacks in young Americans pre and post the jab?
Most of the “heart attacks” reported in young athletes are NOT what happened to this young man. He actually had a coronary thrombosis. This is extremely rare and his risk for this almost certainly would not have been detected on a preseason physical, even one with an ecg. A max exercise stress test might have detected a problem, but likely not. In a young person a coronary thrombosis might occur because of a congenital anomaly of the vessel or premature atherosclerosis because of something like congenital hyperlipidemia or a congenital hypercoagulable state. I suspect he had a dissection of the vessel. He might have a condition called Marian’s.
Most of the time, however, sudden cardiac death in an athlete is not a “heart attack.” Not a coronary thrombosis, but is caused by conditions like arrhythmogenic RV dysplasia or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. These are conditions often detectable even with a simple ecg.

I was typing when this was posted. It doesn't address my request for data because it doesn't show heart attacks for high schoolers AND it doesn't show the rate of increase from summer 2021 to summer 2022 as the vaccine rolled out to the <18 cohort. And it stops in 2016. Show us the last 12 months of data. I'm positive that it exists.
However, let's assume that the rate for <20 is the same 2%/year increase as the 20-30 cohort. Show us data for heart attacks for teenagers <18 for Aug2021 to Aug2022.
Until you show that data, your post is just misdirection.
I haven’t seen any sources that support it’s increased more than normal in the time period/demographic you are asking for, either.

Vaccine no, but the risk of MI post covid is definitely increased with too many references to cite. Here is one:
Sucks that it happened, great that he is alive! Hopefully he is doing well.
And hopefully he will come on the board and tell us about the experience, and about what HE thinks. I wonder if he will keep running, and if so how he will manage it.
I haven't seen data to prove your assertion that heart attacks have NOT increased. Provide a source or your post is disinformation.
I'll settle for a heart attacks in the 5 years preceding covid and the one year that vaccines have been available to high schoolers.
Show us this data. Some official saying, "Nothing to see here, folks" is not acceptable. Show us the data to prove your assertion.
The internet is a scary and mysterious place for you, innit? Did you know there are "websites" where you can type in a question and magically get, like, literally millions of answers?
Your post is misdirection. Provide a source. I'll admit that heart attacks are not increasing by >2% annually if you... or ANYONE... can simply show us the data to prove that heart attacks have not increased by >2% in the past 12 months in <20 age group.
It would be SO EASY to disprove these allegations of vaccine damage if the CDC/AHA/NIH would simply release the data that we know that they have. The AHA/NIH publishes annual data on heart attacks each year. We know the data exists, but where is the data on heart attacks for young people since they became eligible for the vaccines?
I searched and couldn't find this data online.
Surely, someone can find this data IF it's anywhere online. Post a link. Thanks.

Surprisingly impossible to find this data.
Which in of itself is a bit suspicious as we know it exists and we know lots of people would like to see this data.

The misdirection is someone trying to claim COVID vaccines cause heart attacks in young people without any evidence based on anecdotal stories of one offs, even though young athletes have sometimes unfortunately occasionally gone into cardiac arrest. Just wish this poor kid's family some solace and quit using him and justifications for the conspiracy theories that swirl on this board.

Given all the "anecdotes", aren't you interested in seeing some data on this?
Excuse ME--that's just an abstract! We need access to *all* of their data, or otherwise we can't accept their conclusions--even though we have no actual ability to conduct a statistical analysis of such data, nor any actual reason to think the researchers would have fudged the data or their conclusions!
Besides, that study was probably funded by Big Pharma, who would have made sure that the "researchers" would come up with the "right" conclusions in any case!
Do your own research, sheeple! Read a blog and watch TWO YouTube videos--just make sure that you pick ones that will be in line with what I *want* to be true!

Individuals with COVID-19 are at increased long-term risk for a wide range of cardiovascular disorders, even for individuals who were not hospitalized during the acute phase of the infection.
This retrospective cohort study examines the incidence of acute myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke after COVID-19 infection among vaccinated vs unvaccinated adults in Korea.

Oh, and MAGAKAG!
BTW, I do get the irony. Just flooding the zone with actual high quality peer reviewed data.
Why have all these heart attacks been occurring since early 2021?
Hahaha, alright co-Trumper, it’s statements/questions like this that makes us sound like dummies oblivious to what’s going on in the world. This has happened practically every year I can remember. Most reported are HS football players probably because there is more of them and it’s a much more popular sport. I mean every fall/winter nightly newscast has 30 mins of reporting football results. T&F and XC get zilch.
if you want to tie this to the covid vaccine please ask/state your suspicion in a more direct manner.
I find it funny that every time someone posts something that is anti-vaccine other posters immediately refer to him/her as a Trump voter. People seem to forget that Trump himself was one of the very first people to get the vaccine (and I got mine in January 2021). He was NOT anti-vaccine; he was all for developing a vaccine so we could get back to normal life.
Anyway, like another poster mentioned, school physicals are very basic and I doubt an EKG is ever done. If the school has a school physician, the physical is usually done at the school where there is no access to such equipment. Would an EKG even indicate that such a risk exists or does this need more extensive evaluation by a cardiologist? I can't imagine Ryan Shay, Hank Gathers, nor Reggie Lewis never had a single EKG done prior to their deaths. While Wikipedia is usually a BS source for information, there is actually a lot of good info on this topic.
It remains a difficult medical challenge to prevent the sudden cardiac death of athletes, typically defined as natural, unexpected death from cardiac arrest within one hour of the onset of collapse symptoms, excluding additio...
Anyone who thinks teenaged boys don't have heart attacks doesn't know what they're talking about -- it's been surprisingly common long before COVID, but IIRC they don't think it's worth doing an EKG on every athlete. If you think there's been a dramatic increase since 2020, then show some evidence.
But the long history of increase is something to look into. We've got a lot more obesity and hypertension in young people, maybe related in part to processed food and/or increasing endocrine disrupters in the environment? Of course there are also famous cases of athletes dropping dead from cocaine, but I don't think coke use is appreciably on the rise.
I had the same thing happen at 32. I am a healthy guy workout regularly. Was active duty military and collapsed during a workout. The previous year I completed a marathon in 2:27 and ran a few road 5k's fastest was 15:14. I was much quicker in college but just did running typically as a cardio. I thankfully did not suffer cardiac damage. Being young and fit is does not mean you are invincible to a cardiac event. There are actually a large number of highly fit people that suffer cardiac events every year. The arteries can block from inflammation or plaques. Min was ruled a inflammatory blockage as additional angiograms have shown zero reoccurrence. The pain was like a cramp in my chest that would not go away and zapped by oxygen during runs. I would go the gym and try and roll it out which did nothing. Due to age doctors ruled out anything cardiac until I collapsed.
How many Fauci ouchies has he had? That needs to be know in all these cases that have been popping up lately that we NEVER saw in this volume previously.
