This is a sample during his preparation. Log PT is various exercises carrying a huge log. Boat PT involved various exercises carrying a dingy. Grinder PT...some other torturous fun. Pool PT also rough.
We did a session quite often that you see on the 8th during a ruck when every few minutes he stopped his watch. Whatever the watch read in 10ths he had to do. This simulated a drill instructor that gave out random exercises that were unpredictable. Some days were easy and others were random torture.
This kid was iron clad at the end of the 4 months I trained him.
