Okay so we all know the result from Monaco by now, what is Fishers ceiling/potential right now fresh off this awesome sub 7.29 clocking?
He's run 12.53 indoors, has run well under 7.30 and is a more strength oriented guy with his credentials over 10000m. Mo Ahmed is a great runner but I feel Fisher is every bit the equal of him with an even slightly higher ceiling and Ahmed has run 12.47
Not sure if we will get a race like this again this season, but surely Fisher is capable somewhere in the 12.45/6 range right now?
His 3000 converts to just under 12:50 and I think that should be the main goal. I will guess 12:48.8.
I agree with others on here that he should chase a fast 1500 too, go for a sub-3:50 mile equivalent or roughly 3:33.
