5th place is a fine result for a young runner at her first worlds. I was more surprised at how meh her interview with SAFP was. SA was so vibrant and lively and Abby just seemed kind of tight - you assume they’re giving her money as much for personality as for results. It’s a big stage though, and I’m sure she’s tired, stressed and a bit overwhelmed. She got her feet wet this time and now she knows what to expect.
