It's used in the bodybuilding circles. It seems to be more efficacious with endurance athletes. It's been around for quite some time.

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)-accredited laboratory that analysed the sample notified the AIU of the adverse analytical finding today, 12 July 2022.
The athlete was notified of the adverse analytical finding and his mandatory provisional suspension this afternoon in Eugene. He was scheduled to participate in the 800m heats on 20 July.
The AIU will make no further comment on the matter at this time.

Disappointing. Amos has been in the game for a decade and I'm sure he's been tested for everything under the sun. I'm guessing this case is similar to Kiprop's where a fading star desperately turns to chemicals to try and stay competitive. Kiprop didn't win a single race the year he got popped and we can all agree Amos was not in conversation for a medal for the first time in his career.

I believe Kiprop said that he only tested positive because they didn't warn him before coming to test, not because he was new to doping.

Wejo look up what are SARMs, this sounds like one of these substances or at least close to them. They've grown in a lot of popularity in the gym bro culture as they're basically advertised as "legal steroids", though that's a misnomer.
