I'm .75 of a second off from the start... So basically add in .75 of a second to any of my times in any run to get an FAT time. That's pretty much the average. I'm only accurate within the way that I hand time myself to compare to other times that I run.
Ok so this past week ran my first 60m dashes of the year..
Ran 7.44 and 7.34 hand timed in the 60m at 6'0 and 220.
Did way too much on the warmups because I was getting pissed that I wasn't getting certain times and ended up just warming up way too much and doing way too many 10, 20, and 35 yard dash warmups..
The video is the 7.44 hand timed.
7.34 isn't bad for me. My best last year was 7.12 at around the same body weight. My PR is from 2020 of 6.94 hand timed at around 206 lbs though so a bit easier to run at that body weight.
Also just figured out that the 9 foot 1 broad jump I just recently did was a 9 foot 2 and a half inch broad jump. I re-measured where I have been taking off from and I have no clue how I messed the measurements up by 1.5 inches but I forgot to take into account the crack in the concrete...I have to now add in 1.5 inches to all of my previous PRs in the broad jumps over the past few years.
This now makes my PR in the broad jump of 9 foot 3 from last year in 2021 a 9 foot 4.5 inch broad jump. And that's really pumping me up because I staggered the jump and got out to 9 foot 5.5 on my one foot but measured from the furthest foot back.
I really need to get 9 foot 6 somehow.. Gym workouts have been going good. Just still need to get stronger....
I've been watching my weight over the past few weeks. I want to be right at around 217 to 220... But pretty much no lower than that so I can maintain my strength in the gym.
