Great run by Yavi, Norah Jeruto will also be really hard to beat.
Devon Allen in 13.16 ftw
Was not impressed with Allen's new 7 step start to the first hurdle after his recent success with 8 steps. Looked like he was lunging forward to that first hurdle.

jeez was miller uibo tying up or was she just slowing down? she looked like she could have run 48 easily
I think she just let off but she let off so much that two and three were gaining on her and would have caught her in a few more meters. But I think she relaxed.
Why wasn't Zhoya in the 110 hurdles final?
I was about to say the 800 is always interesting with Amos in it but he scratched.

Knee pain
Amos with the DNS here. M 800. 1:43.75 by Robert?! Who the heck is he. Bol 2nd 1:44
great run for Robert in front of the home crowd, that was a crazy pass he made in the last 50m! .78 PB for him too what a run

....and the rest of the field all right there. Fast race.
Epic swim move by Robert to split lane 1 and 2. Sneaky.
Oceanic record by Peter Bol in 2nd (1:44.00), great depth. 7 under 1:45

That was how to win Steve Ovett style.
British domination in full flow - Elliott Giles, next Olympic champion.
Crazy pass? He should have be DQD!
Good luck predicting the podium for m800 this year
Gardiner easily 44.21 FAST!!
Bol could've won that 800 if he didn't get himself stuck halfway through the second lap.
