His best is quicker than your two young guys already. In fact as a 19 year old he ran 0.01 fastener than the US high school record.
Does it really matter though? The only reason he is running 800m is to use this as a training tool. Jakob is a 1500m/5000m runner. 1500m / 5000m types don't need to run 800m under 1:46.
He will go out in 1:40.8, setting a new WR, then to the shock of the crowd keep running a full mile but fade to finish in 3:43.2, just missing the mile WR. Letsrun will still not be impressed.
According to the program PDF, pacer is set to go through 400 in 51s, so I'm expecting a fair bit faster than his 2020 showing. Optimistically, I'd say a high 1:43 or low 1:44
If he runs 1:43, the 1500m world record is gone within the month. Expect closer to 1:45.5.

If the pacer is only going out in 51s then Jakob is most definitely not going to run 1:43.
A lot of top 1500m men run a sub-1:44 800m, though some never show their potential at 800m and some can't do it.
Hicham EL GUERROUJ 3:26 12:50.24 closed 1500 in 1:46 in Athens, coach said he ran 1:42 time trial. He averaged 1:49.6 in his world record 1500m and did 10x400 at 53-54 on 30 seconds rest supposedly, and 10x300s in 35-36.

You do realize that El G was a walking pharmacy, right? No one in his or her right mind thinks that El G was clean, nor Lagat, Kiprop or Morceli, just going off the first 4 on your list.
Excited to see how Jakob does in this 800m. He's using it as a tune up for a very fast mile at the Oslo DL on the 16th, possibly even a WR attempt in front of his home crowd. Current PB is 1:46.44 from two years ago. He really needs to run under 1:45 today. If he posts 1:44 mid or low that would be excellent. 1:46 or slower would be disappointing.

You do realize that everybody knows it's you Coevett, right?
