That is an amazing database you've generated. I'm curious if you also have functional figures/improvement ratios for the 800m and 5k XC? And how about a girl's database?
I like this kid. But it’s all about fortune/strategy to stay healthy and hard work and hunger to stay fast. So many things can go wrong on the way to elite status: learn and be savvy.

Thanks, that's the plan. My first goal is to, over the summer, get faster than at least 2 of the 3 guys on my team that are currently faster than me for cross country. And my passion to get faster is anything but small. I go through phases where all I think about is track, cross country, running, training, improving, and nothing else crosses my mind. Haha I'll keep y'all updated through the summer.
Another important variable… How physically developed are you? If you’re underdeveloped (not filled out, not shaving, short and skinny) then you have more potential than if you’re already 5’10” and muscular…

Yeah, this is what I'm worried about. I'm 6 foot and have shaved for almost a year.
But still, I think improving from 5:56 to 4:43c in three months is still a sign that I have a long ways to improve.
