I don't think she went swimming with Colin Strickland. The male cyclist dropped her off at the house and Armstrong showed up 6 minutes later. I would think if she was with Strickland, this would have been specified.

Seems most likely that they went “swimming” and the wife followed them to see what was happening. When Wilson got back to her place the wife confronted and killed her.

Yup, with the times given for when Moriah Wilson was dropped off by Colin Strickland, there was only 6 minutes until Armstrong pulled up in their SUV with the gun on her. And then like 20 minutes after her arrival to shooting Moriah. Colin Strickland said in the police report the gun is one he shares with Armstrong and he usually keeps it locked up. The fact that Armstrong had the gun with her is not typical and with her fast arrival time meant she must have went back to the house earlier in the day to get it while following Colin and Armstrong frolicking at the pool. I wonder how long Armstrong was watching Colin and Moriah having their tyrst. The whole afternoon?
