Yes, of course, I am referring to the DANCAN system, brought to you by none other than the Magic Wizard himself, Coach J. STENSSON

    Actually, the way to guarantee a world record is to run with a weight vest in training

    I could run a marathon world record using this method, but I won't do it unless someone pays me to
