The video is kind of hilarious in that the announcer has no enthusiasm for this incredible performance. I imagine he may not have been looking at a clock and, unfortunately, the footage cuts off before we hear a time or anything post-race. In fact, this Flotrack vid is the race, plus two replays and then a number of seconds of black space to fill up 90 seconds. WTF?

Were any of you there, or did you hear or see the footage beyond the 20 seconds of the race itself?
