Looks like he's an instagram fitness model who jogs regularly. I'm always glad to see people supporting aerobic exercise, but I don't know why anyone who is serious about running would care about him.
I refuse to watch his vids because they usually devolve into commercials for his products and when it’s not that it’s just talking about himself without actually revealing anything…but, from what I’ve seen the guy has an insane work ethic and a solid track record of achieving his goals. He ran a pretty fast 100 miler earlier this year (like 18 hours I think?) and finished Leadville by a comfortable margin. The latter almost no one on the boards gave him a chance to finish.
Him and Nick Symmonds have a lot in common. First name Nick, insufferable YT channels, owners of total BS companies, smokin hot wives, fame and fortune, both suck at the marathon, etc, etc.
