I usually don't like to post in political threads, but Kushner is a legitimate, experienced businessman in his own right and was Trump's successful point person in the Middle East (i.e., Abrahaham Accords). He likely developed relationships in the region. Former government officials almost always use these relationships once they leave government.

Hunter and James Biden are complete POSs who have no experience at anything except selling influence.

First he says that bribery is okay as long as you accept the bribe after you leave office.

Then he says Trump might not run (lol) and it's impossible to say if Kushner would be involved again (lolx2).

Then he claims that purchasing real estate and running a private equity firm that claims to focus on fintech and health are the same thing.

Then he insists that there is nothing illegal or unethical about accepting $2 billion from a corrupt foreign government almost immediately after working on policies that directly benefitted said corrupt foreign government. (But it would corrupt be if the Clintons did so, right?)

Oh yes, very common for former government officials to receive billions of dollars from foreign governments immediately after leaving their positions. Standard stuff. I can't name a single instance of this ever happening before, and yet I'm sure happens all the time!
