Thanks! The fastest I've run in a 200 was last season in the summer. For warm-up, I ran 4 x 400 @70 with short rest then 3 min rest and 2 x 200: 23.81 and 24.22. The times were taken by someone at the starting and at the finish line, not by myself. This season I haven't done any all-out 200/300/400 without having 400s or 500s repeats on the legs
