Reflection
The weekend was ridiculous for weather and both runs were done indoors, Wednesday's workout was outside and felt very difficult because of high humidity and heat. Drenched in sweat and felt much harder than HM goal pace. I'm getting nervous for New York but hoping I'm just overthinking things and that the fitness is there. It's race week, nothing can be gained from this week and everything is already done.
