Are you joking? There is a war going on in Europe. They have many more things on their priority list. The 5th placer at USAs can wait until next time. Now, it will be interesting to see if USATF entered an alternate at all. If Siegel is making 7 figures a year, he should have his staff organized enough that they always enter an alternate just in case something random like this happens.
Like I imagine Mantz wasn't going regardless as isnt' he doing NYC Half so it will be interesting to see if Hunter was entered as an alternate.
Max Seigel laid off about 10 employees during the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone leftover has no awareness or knowledge of the sport and how it works. Max Seigel has likely never heard of Mantz.

There is a war going on in *Ukraine...not Serbia. Bor flying to Serbia isn't a risky move or anything as a soldier. It's not like they're flying into Kiev or something. A bit of a weird decision by the US Army. I bet he'll be doing a hard workout at home instead of racing in Belgrade anyways.
I don't like the term either, but it's a widely used term. I agree, Endurance makes more sense. But you undoubtedly understood what I meant, so it served it's purpose.
