No, what we really need to take from this is...
1. Wejo is a great runner and will get better.
2. Wejo has a sense of humor and liekly brought it up because of the comedic effect.

Shit, that's nothing Wejo. I used to beat Ritzenhein all the time. When I was 18 and he was 13 or so, it was no contest. Every time I saw him at a local road race with his dad, I thought, "man, that little kid is going down today!" But by the end of his freshman year in high school I decided to start letting him win. (The fact that he was already running mid-15s helped my decision!)

I must partially disagree with points 1 and 2, then ask that point 3 be stricken from the record.
I can indeed keep up with Wejo and Bairu for 800m. I think I could go at least 1k with them. Then surge ahead for 10m and stagger off the track intermitently hacking up phlegm and vomiting stuffed crust microwaved digiornio.
